= yippee yey.. my sister came.. =
this is a very very delayed post.. haha.. anyway, back to the topic..
hehe, finally.. my sister came and visit me (3rd to 5th of April).. well, it has been a year plus since I last see her in person.. she didn't came back for summer end of last year ( traveling around Tassie and slack around.. well, she was looking for jobs as she just graduated on the end of Dec... ) so, miss her loads, been asking her to come (as well as bringing her printer to me, but it's not functioning not.. argh.. got to hand-copy my lecture notes... !!! printing in uni is 12cent Aussie dollar.. mygoodness...)
oh well, part of being an exchanging student is to learn to SAVE MONEY!!! (and now the printer has already broken down... :S )
she came with two of her friends, namely Debbie (her bestie) and Cheri... their flight delayed as there was strong winds and all, therefore not safe for flying.. delaying for 2 hrs made them pretty bored in Hobart Airport.. well, they came and managed to go all to Southern Cross Station using SkyBus and hitch up into the correct train to Huntingdale station, but the thing is.... they missed the Huntingdale stop and went all the way to Clayton, but thank goodness, they managed to take a cab all the way to my house.... hehe.. and because of the flight delay - missed the train stop - time to get a cab (have to wonder around clayton town to get a cab as they aren't familiar with the places here), we were all hungryyy!!! well, it was 9pm when they reach my house..
we swiftly went to KOTARAYA - malaysian cuisine restaurant just about 10min walk from my house and reward ourselves with nice food !! yey.. Kotaraya, you rock!! hehe...
Moving to the next day.........................................................
Debbie, being a shopaholic (according to my sis.. hehe.. :P) has personally request for FULL-DAY-SHOPPING in Melbourne even right before they arrive... oh well, easiest way out is to bring them to DFO at Southern Cross, and poooof, off we go to DFO ...
the historical moment has came.... my sister is FINALLY buying something from shopping complex... yey... yip yip hooray... yip yip hooray.. well, you might think I sounded abit exaggerating.... oh well, just buying a pair of heels from David Lawrence is nothing biggie... but!! it's something worth remembering for my sister, cause according to Debbie, she never bought stuffs from shopping complexes for quite a long time d.. (perhaps it has been a year already.. well, I didn't ask.... SHOPPING FIRST!! :P .... )
after that, we went all the way to Bourke St. to satisfy Cheri's appetite on nice Malaysian food.... it was 4pm when we had our lunch (kept shopping till forget about the time and meal.. hehee, well I took Hungry Jack's at 1smth.. so, still okay.. hehe) and here we go, we are in Cookies located in the centre of Bourke Street with the Bourke Street Mall not far away from the restaurant... (Debbie wanted to continue shopping after that.... haha, shopaholic or not shopaholic, you'll be the judge..)

and while waiting to meet up with Cheri at 7.30pm (she went over her friend's place), Debbie, sis and I went to Max Brennen Chocolate Bar in QV Square...
yey.. finally, CHOCOLATE!!! nice chocolate!!! fatterning right?? but who cares!!! I want chocolate.. hehe..
and these were what we ordered..
chocolate fondue (one is fix fruit and another is banana with cake slice) and we had two different chocolate dip - Dark Chocolate MY FAV!!! hearts.... (=.*)v and another one being Milky Chocolate ..... and sis order extra Chocolate drink with crispy grain balls.. nice nice....

well well well, let me tell you.... IT's SUPER DUPER NICE the Peking Duck we had in Old Kingdom Smith's Street Melbourne.. hahaha.. nice nice nice.. omgosh.. I want to eat again... ah, I sounded like a crazy maniac craving for nice Chinese food in AussieLand... oh yes, I am desperate... (what to do?? Penang-lang mer... )

I was told by the waiter of the restaurant that I failed in eating Peking Duck Wrap...
.... hmmm.. how could I be wrong?? just simply put one piece of the Peking Duck slice and put spring onions and spread the sweat sause around the popiah wrap and wrap it up... and put all the way into your mouth... isn't that simple???
well, apparently there is this rule of thumb in indulging Peking Duck in Old Kingdom
First, you have to place one spring onion and cucumber slice on the 3-o'clock of the pohpiah wrap..
Second, place a piece of Peking Duck slice on the spring onion and cucumber slice and followed by an even spread of sweet sauce onto the Peking Duck (amount of the sweet sauce required is subject to the preference of individual.. )
Thirdly, you have to fold the pohpiah wrap from your 6-o'clock as shown in the picture below
Then, you have to wrap the 12-o'clock side of the wrap onto the 6-o'clock wrap.
Last but not least, fold the 9-o'clock slide of the pohpiah wrap onto the Peking Duck slice
And here you do, all ready to be luxuriate by youuuu....
hehe, look at Debbie's face... *ngek ngek ngek, the Peking Duck wrap is going to be munched by me... mwah hahaha*
Okies, after finishing the Peking Duck, the fried rice came (my goodness, not nice at all, I can cook far far more better.. :P) and the duck bone soup.. okay okay ler, abit too salty..

Sean Lai's and JiaYeng's COmBo Birthday party!!
so... another bufday party again...
this one is a lil bit special.. haha. .a birthday party specially organized by the engineering peeps for two Mechanical student of Monash... hehee
cause Sean's birthday is on 16th of March, just one day before JiaYeng's which is on the 17th... so... we planned to have both of their 21st birthday celebration together on the 17th as most of us are kinda free on that day...
this time around, I didn't prepare any food or help out much in the party preparation as I was having test and assignments back to back which pretty much worn me off from the normal hyperactive-always-smilling-Hilary.... so.. this time, I just slack and EAT!! wakka.. :P

Sean was hiding below the table, holding firmly on the stands while other 4 guys try to pull him out... he then hide behind the couch where the gurls are sitting while tecky and the guys preparing the drink....
haha.. the drink prep took around 15minutes .... awww... Sean, you see.. we as your friends so nice, spent so much time just to do the drink for you...

okay.. the hideous part of the 3rd project of tortured is censored as I believe it would be nauseating if you see Sean's puke all over the floor and the drink got spilled here and there.. just pity Jonathan and Gwen, cause Sean's puke accidentally fell onto Jon's leg when he was running to the washroom and also only Gwen's leg (with socks on, so, a wee bit better.. but come to think of it.. have to scrub of the puke thingy after going back... Gawd.... yucks.. okay.. stop here... :S )
once again, the birthday party ended with some people sober throughout the night.. haha.. guess this is the only difference the bufday we normally have back in Malaysia, cause the alcohols here are kinda cheap and of better quality....
but!!! Hilary, you can't drink too much k?? got to be good gurl..!!!

hehe, tecky's birthday... once again, in order to keep him away from his house... we all thought of alot of excuses to distract him away from Evelyn Street (his house is on that street...)
they guys said will be bringing him down to the city to drink througout the night... but before that they went to play basketball at Monash Sports Centre... the gurls got things to do, then got to go back, then YM tired after test and all of us, the housemates, were also exhausted from test... yada.. yada.. yada... haha.. I can't really recall what happened..
as my housemates have classes till late 5pm /6pm... I have to lead the people who are free after 3pm to Tecky's house to get the preparation started... hehe.. I took Jon's key so that we all can enter and start the cooking and place setup...
the gurls really helped alot.. haha.. help to bring food and the raw material from my house in morton street all the way to evelyn street.. it was a 15-20 minutes walk... TECKY@!!!! see.. we so nice.. hahaa... the food and material have to be kept in my house so that he won't smell something fishy over his birthday.. .. so.. have to move the food here and there.. and some of the food was over Wingli's house... =.= all scattered around... hahaa

they guys said will be bringing him down to the city to drink througout the night... but before that they went to play basketball at Monash Sports Centre... the gurls got things to do, then got to go back, then YM tired after test and all of us, the housemates, were also exhausted from test... yada.. yada.. yada... haha.. I can't really recall what happened..
as my housemates have classes till late 5pm /6pm... I have to lead the people who are free after 3pm to Tecky's house to get the preparation started... hehe.. I took Jon's key so that we all can enter and start the cooking and place setup...
the gurls really helped alot.. haha.. help to bring food and the raw material from my house in morton street all the way to evelyn street.. it was a 15-20 minutes walk... TECKY@!!!! see.. we so nice.. hahaa... the food and material have to be kept in my house so that he won't smell something fishy over his birthday.. .. so.. have to move the food here and there.. and some of the food was over Wingli's house... =.= all scattered around... hahaa
so.. swiftly just fast forward to the party......... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hello everyone...!!
first bloggie after arriving Aussie...
hehhee.. abandoned this blog for quite some time again.. ;S cause always occupied by alot of things.. weekly test started the very second week of semester... OMGNESS!!! haiz.. speechless...
and assignments (each week at least one...AT LEAST ONE!!!)which pretty much take up all of my time ....
but !!!! hold on.. haha.. I don't come here just to suffer with the academic related things only...
I come here to PARTEEE as well... WoooHOooOO.... *raising up my hands and waves...!!! *
hahaa.. okay, don't misunderstood the party, as in the clubbing and drinking type... haha.. I 'boh lui' to go clubbing and 'minum-minum', plus, it's not really my type of life.. haha.. my party is those gatherings for bufdays.... socializing... (get to know people around...).... gathering to foster friendships... gathering to strenghten friendshipsss as well...
okay... now back to the main topic....
hehe.. this is the first gathering the former Monash Sunway student had in CLAYTON, Melbourne, Australia!!!
hehe.. in conjunction with YiMei's 21st Birthday on the 23th of Febuary!!!
As her housemate, I started planning for this gathering since I was in Penang.. you will know why later.. hahaa..
all of us, though busy settling down in Clayton, but still..all of us managed to fork out some time to celebrate YiMei's birthday... it's at 21st Birthday... have to celebrate...!!! hahaa....
In order to make YM birthday a surprize, all of us have to find excuses to make her occupied all the time, make excuses to go back home early to prepare food, made execuses to keep her AWAY from the house during the preparation.. hahaa...
some of the LAME excuses..
1. Bring YM to go Chadstone to shopping cause it's her 21st - pretending that we will just celebrate her birthday by loitering around Clayton's biggest shopping area...
2. Wingli suddenly emo, and went back home , whereby Chinying and YongPin followed WL back to comfort and look after him (the real reason was to get back home early to prepare for the fried chicken and fruits..)
3. JiaWei has to go back home early to rest as she has been up till late night for the past few days , and I have to go back home with her to accompany her and keep the house occupied... (we have to go back to prepare all the fooooddd!!!!!).. therefore can't follow her to Chadstone..
okays... now the prep starts...

- My last dinner with family -
okay.. this is the very last blog before I land on Aussieland...
Pretty much stuffed up with mix feelings now... Happy??? Sad??? Uncertainties?? Confused?? Looking forward?? or Pulling back??? you name it...
physically prepared ?? ------ [checked] =)

emotionally prepared ?? ---- [checked] *it will 'rain' later..... T.t *
me last meal.... nice nice.. yum yum... very very contented with what I had... thanks mum....

okay... full now... mummy insisted me to take more, as she scared I will be hungry on the plane in the middle of the dark... MUakSSsss.. love you mum... always loved you as much as I could...
Papa... papa on his way back from office... he had a accident in the morning.. a kancil hit his car... O.o .... but fortunately nothing happened to both of the drivers... THANK GOD!!! I praise You for the blessings you showered to my dear family... =)
okie then, I shall make a move now... getting prepared for the Another New Chapter of my Uni Life in another continent....
Once again, I would like to show my utmost gratitude to those who has guided me throughout my uni life, good friends are hard to find, and I will embrace those friendship I had with you all ...

and you make a neat gun
For the people who are STILL ALIVE!!
I am not even angry
I'm being so sincere right now
even though you broke my heart T.T
and killed me..... =(
and tore me to pieces
and threw every piece into a fire
yes it burns
it hurts because
I was so happy for you
now these points of data make a beautiful line
and we're out of Beta
We are releasing on time
and I'm glad I got burned
Think of all the things we learned
for the people who are still alive
go ahead and leave me
I think I prefer to stay inside
maybe you'll find someone else to help you
maybe Black Mesa

Anyway this cake is great
It's so delicious and moist
Look at me still talking when there's science to do
When I look out there
